Nortel BCM 400 Base System 2 LAN
Standard
BCM 400 platform with four bays for Media Bay Modules. This addition will simplify configurations and eliminate the need for the Expansion Cabinet in some scenarios. It also reduces the total cost of ownership for this configuration. When coupled with an Expansion-Cabinet, the system can grow to support a maximum of 192 digital stations or up to 90 IP telephones; however, this is configuration dependent. 240 stations is the maximum capacity, with a mix of Voice over IP and digital stations, when 100% IP trunking is used. The Nortel BCM 400 is available in a standard model or a redundant feature option model, which includes dual, hot-swappable power supply, dual chassis cooling fan and RAID mirrored hard disk drive redundancy. NT7B10AAED - NT7B10AAEW.

Nortel BCM 200 Base System 2 LAN Standard
Nortel BCM 200 is available on the Business Communications Manger 200 platform, which provides two bays for Media Bay Modules. The Nortel BCM-200 has a lower removable tray, similar to that in the BCM 400, for improved serviceability of the platform in a lower-cost version. The 200 cannot be expanded using an Expansion Cabinet. The lower cost Nortel BCM 200 version meets the needs of price-sensitive smaller sites. For customers with 10 to 24 users per system who do not expect to grow past 32 users per system, this platform will have a very attractive price-to-value relationship. It delivers all the other features of BCM 3.0 with the same high level of reliability and serviceability. NT7B10AAEH - NT7B10AAFB.

confident that they wont miss a phone call.
Gives your customers and suppliers direct access to the person they
want to reach, cutting down on "telephone tag." They can ask a question
or leave information anytime. And since studies show that 50% of all business
calls involve one-way transfers of information, Voice Mail sends your productivity
skyrocketing.
And with up to 1,000 mailboxes and up to 100 hours of total storage time for
greetings and messages, Norstar Voice Mail can be configured to fit your business
needs.

act like a dynamic receptionist, making sure your Norstar business phone is answered
promptly and properly, 24 hours a day.

the receptionist and make sure important outside calls are routed directly to
the person the caller wants to speak with.
Auto MessengerIt can record and send voice messages. Voice Mail features
act like an electronic messenger, making sure to accurately record what your caller
said and how they said it. And it stores your messages in your very own mailbox.
Incoming callers hear a greeting in your own voice.
Thats easy with an off-premise message notification feature. This handy
feature will search up to five different phone or pager numbers to locate your
salespersonno matter where they are.
Off-premise notification can be programmed with the salespersons pager
and cell phone numbers so if an important call comes in, voice mail will try the
pager number, then try the cell phone number until someone answers. If the salesperson
should miss all these attempts, a Non-Delivery Notification will be placed in
the salespersons mailbox.
